1. Service Description

Welcome to correlationfi, a platform operated by correlationfi that provides users with access to a comprehensive travel guide service. Our services include, but are not limited to, travel recommendations, destination insights, and user-generated content related to travel experiences. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by correlationfi. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

All content available on correlationfi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of correlationfi or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or any content therein.

Any unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and may result in legal action against you.

6. User-Generated Content

Users of correlationfi may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise contribute content to the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant correlationfi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. correlationfi reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

We do not endorse any User-Generated Content and are not responsible for any content submitted by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on User-Generated Content is at your own risk.

7. Payment Terms

Some features of correlationfi may require payment. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account, including any applicable taxes.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. correlationfi does not store your payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

In the event of a dispute regarding any payment, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

8. Service Modifications

correlationfi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the services without notice or liability. You acknowledge that we may not be able to provide you with prior notice of any changes to the services.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, correlationfi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, correlationfi, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to any refunds for any fees paid.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
